How do I stop vesting for options issued?

Click on Cap Table and then click on Transactions.

You want to click on the row of the person/corresponding option grant (transaction) you are wanting to stop vesting. For our example I want to stop vesting on the option grant that was issued to Quincy JR on 7/18/2014.

After clicking on the row of the person/corresponding transaction you should see a menu with details regarding the transaction. In this example that would be details regarding the option grant that was issued to Quincy JR. You want to click on ACTIONS

You then want to click on STOP VESTING

You then will see a form where you can enter in details regarding the stop vesting. Once you have entered the necessary details click on SAVE

**If you want to stop vesting for an individual who has multiple grants the easiest way to do this is to terminate employment. See the  What if I need to terminate and employee? article.
