What if I need to delete a security?

 Click on CAP TABLE and then click on DETAIL.Once you are on the detailed view of your cap table you want to click on the security you wish to delete as they are listed across the top of your cap table. For our example lets say I want to delete 2015 Stock Incentive Plan, I would need to click on 2015 Stock Incentive Plan where it is listed on the top of my cap table.This will then bring a menu on to the page from the right side that will show all of the transactions associated with that security. You want to click on Issue Security as this is the transaction that created the security.This will bring up details of the security. You want to click on ACTIONS, and then click on DELETE to delete your security.You can also delete a security by going to your Summary page. Once there you want to click on the security you wish to delete. This should bring you to a view of all the shareholders for that securitYou want to click on ACTIONS in the top right and then click on DELETE SECURITY

*** If you have transactions in that security you will be warned on whether or not you want to delete your security as deleting it will delete all the underlying transactions.
